  • You can cancel your reservation via the confirmation link we sent you via email or WhatsApp, or by contacting our WhatsApp customer service directly. 100% refund guarantee is provided for your cancellations.

  • You can easily make your reservations for your airport transfers via Istanbul Shuttle Port. You can easily create your reservation by filling out the reservation form completely. Your VIP transfer vehicle information and reservation confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail.

  • Your name, surname, phone number, e-mail address and flight number are requested in the airport transfer reservation form. Make sure the phone number and e-mail address are correct. Be sure to write down your flight number so that your airport transfer vehicle can meet you on time.

  • When you enter your flight number, we track any delays that may occur and update your transfer according to your landing. After the delay, we wait for you until 60 minutes after your plane lands at the airport. If we cannot contact you or you do not arrive at the meeting point, your VIP vehicle transfer will be automatically canceled.

  • If you do not write down your flight number and we cannot contact you using the contact information you have provided (email or phone), your transfer will be automatically cancelled 30 minutes after the reservation time.

  • Driver information will be sent to your phone as a text message. If you do not receive a text message or have difficulty meeting us at the pick-up point, do not hesitate to call us.

  • - Our Istanbul Airport Meeting Point. (IST)
    When you arrive at Istanbul Airport, complete your customs procedures and collect your luggage, please proceed to Gate 14 to exit the airport building. You will see the M55 sign. Please inform our colleagues who will assist you with your name and reservation code to your vehicle. Due to airport operational reasons, your vehicle will pick you up in minimum 10 minutes and maximum 20 minutes.

    - Our Sabiha Gökçen Airport Meeting Point. (SAW)
    When you arrive at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, complete your customs procedures and collect your luggage, proceed to the Gate to exit the airport building. When you exit the gate, you will see Simit Sarayı opposite the gate, our welcome board M55 is located next to Simit Sarayı. Please inform our colleagues who will assist you with your vehicle reservation code and your name. Due to airport operational reasons, your vehicle will pick you up in minimum 10 minutes and maximum 20 minutes.

  • If you specify that you would like a child seat during your transfer reservation, a child seat will be added to the vehicles.

  • For all your airport transfers and VIP transfers, you can make your payments either by credit card or in cash in the vehicle.

  • After the reservation, a reservation confirmation will be sent to your mobile phone and e-mail address. Check that your SMS and e-mail address information is correct. Also, a confirmation and travel details reminder message will be sent to your WhatsApp number 24 hours before the trip.

  • A vehicle of ours will be waiting in front of the address you have made a reservation. The color and license plate of the vehicle waiting for you will be notified to you via e-mail, SMS and WhatsApp.
